THE EPOCH TIMES: EX-ENVOY DETAILS CHINESE REGIME’S OVERSEAS SCHEMES
In a special in-depth interview, former Chinese diplomat Chen Yonglin, who defected to Australia in 2005, reveals the regime’s far-reaching efforts to control Chinese-language media abroad and influence foreign officials through overseas Chinese student groups. Chen also leaked a copy of the minutes from a secret Sydney Chinese Consulate “Anti-Falun Gong Working Group” meeting about using local Chinese in propaganda efforts. “AUTHOR EXPOSES ORGAN HARVESTING” – CALLS FOR PUBLIC WARNINGS
Albany, NY – Speaking in front of a New York State legislative forum, “Bloody Harvest” (link) author David Kilgour “urged state lawmakers and health department officials to post public warnings for New Yorkers about organ harvesting” from Falun Gong adherents in China, according to Times Union. “We need to stop people being killed on demand like lobsters in a tank,” Kilgour said.

DEATHS OF TEN FALUN GONG ADHERENTS COME TO LIGHT
NEW YORK – The Information Center has learned of the deaths of 10 additional Falun Gong adherents at the hands of the Chinese communist authorities, based on reports from sources in China working with Minghui.org. All except two died of complications from physical abuse in police custody, perpetrated after the individual’s refusal to renounce his or her legally enshrined religious beliefs. Three of the ten were women age 67 or older. The deaths, spread throughout China, lend disturbing credence to reports that China’s regime is amidst yet another drive to “eradicate” Falun Gong, this time in advance of the 2008 Olympics.

UNKNOWN DRUGS USED TO PERSECUTE FALUN GONG – ARTICLE, BOOK
Reports from inside China reveal that mentally healthy Falun Gong adherents are being sent to psychiatric hospitals where they are injected with unknown drugs, resulting in insanity and death. The Epoch Times article below details several such cases. China’s Psychiatric Inquisition, a book published by Robin Munro last year, dedicates an entire chapter to the misuse of mental hospitals in the persecution of Falun Gong adherents since 1999.
