Dear Reader,
When the Chinese regime officially abolished their forced labor camp system many years ago, we were often asked if we were optimistic. The answer was a resounding ‘no’ and an eye-opening feature in this week’s newsletter shows why: black jails and other unofficial centers for illegal incarceration, brainwashing, and torture are widespread in China.
While we remain horrified at the continued practice of forced organ harvesting in China, there is an ever-increasing community shining the spotlight on this crime, and in many cases, taking legal action to stop it. We highlight a couple of these stories in this newsletter.
And finally, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has always sought to give the persecution campaign against Falun Gong a legal veneer. Leaked documents presented below demonstrate the CCP has, indeed, been using the judicial system and manipulating the country’s security departments in what constitutes a genocide against Falun Gong practitioners. |

Sincerely,

Evidence keeps piling up which shows that people who practice Falun Gong as well as other minority groups are killed by the CCP in China for their healthy organs.
Senators and representatives in Washington are standing up to this with bipartisan, bicameral legislation introduced in early March. The bill is called the Stop Forced Organ Harvesting Act.
“There is growing evidence that the Chinese Communist Party has and continues to harvest organs from persecuted religious groups, prisoners of conscience, and inmates,” said Senator Tom Cotton, the bill’s lead Republican in the Senate. “This bill will identify and punish CCP members involved in forced organ harvesting. It’s past time to hold Beijing accountable for these heinous acts.”
Chris Coons, the bill’s lead Democrat in the Senate says, “forced organ harvesting is inhumane, immoral, and cruel, and the United States must do everything we can to fight this despicable practice.” |

For most parents, running and playing with their children is natural. However, it is impossible for Mr. Wang Zhen. He has artificial knees due to torture he endured in a Chinese labor camp, so it’s challenging for him to bend his legs. Originally from Shanghai, Mr. Wang is now a 45-year-old resident in Germany, and an engineering graduate of one of China’s most prestigious universities.
April 25, 2003 is a day which is hauntingly etched into Mr. Wang’s memory. That day, his knees were destroyed from torture—all because he would not give up his belief in Falun Dafa.
Mr. Wang recalled, “I was on the verge of collapse. During the hardest time in the labor camp, I kept reminding myself that Truth, Compassion, and Tolerance are the universe’s principles. There is no point in being humans if we give up these principles. This thought supported me during the hardest times.” |

On February 24, 2021, The International Coalition to End Transplant Abuse in China (ETAC) hosted a conference on forced organ harvesting by the Chinese Communist Party.
Over 100 medical and legal experts, as well as elected officials, attended the online discussion.
After forced organ harvesting in China was exposed to the public in 2006, a large number of independent investigations and research have confirmed the atrocity against Falun Gong practitioners and other prisoners of conscience. |

A top secret, classified document from the CCP’s Supreme Court reveals extra-legal cooperation spanning over 20 years at the highest levels of the Chinese regime to commit genocide against the spiritual practice Falun Gong. What’s more, the nature and secrecy of the document seem to acknowledge the abhorrent nature of the CCP’s own directives.
An independent media outlet obtained the document and has published portions of it. It’s a judicial opinion issued on Nov. 30, 2000 by the CCP’s Supreme Court, the Supreme Procuratorate, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of State Security, and Ministry of Justice.
Two Chinese human rights lawyers analyzed the document. One says it’s “proof of genocide” commited by the CCP. The other says, “It is a top secret document, which shows that the five departments that issued it are engaged in illegal and criminal activities that they don’t want people to know about.” |
